12m Hem Lolita Petticoat

This petticoat is just alright. It gives a good amount of poof and it's fairly comfortable, but the waistband is just too small to fit over my hips, so I have to pull it over my head, and I accidentally put a small hole in it by doing this. It's still wearable and poofy, it just has a small hole between the middle and bottom layer. It does the job, but there are better ones out there.
