What is the handling and shipping time?

The handling time for in-stock items is approximately 1-2 weeks, while pre-order and custom-made items typically take 2-4 months.

Shipping Time:

For the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, the shipping time is approximately 2 weeks. For other countries (excluding Italy), it typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Buyers usually receive in-stock items within 1 month.



What is the return policy?

You can return an item for exchange or a refund within 7 days after receiving it.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost for resending the order. If you return an item for a refund, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. We will provide you with a certificate of posting as proof of shipping costs.

Please be aware that there are no refunds or exchanges for custom-sized items.
